Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from LodsBoard at any time. Here's how:
Option 1 - Email Request (Recommended)
- Send an email to hello@lods.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include your LodsBoard username and/or the email address associated with your account.
- We will permanently delete your account, votes, candy balance, profile data, and any uploaded images within 7 days and confirm by reply email.
Option 2 - Facebook Page Message
- Message the LodsBoard Facebook Page.
- Type: "Delete my data - [your username]"
- We will process your request within 7 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account (username, email, password hash, display name, bio, avatar)
- Your vote history and candy balance
- Your bookmarks and favorite creator selection
- Any GCash recharge requests linked to your account
- Your session tokens
What Is Not Deleted
- Aggregated, anonymised leaderboard statistics (no personal identifiers).
- Creator profiles you did not create (creator data is independently sourced).
Messenger Data
Conversations with Lods Bot on Facebook Messenger are processed in real time and are not stored permanently on our servers. Conversation history is held in memory only and cleared on server restart. To remove any data Meta holds about your Messenger interactions, visit Facebook's Messenger privacy settings.
